Make a bed of lettuce of whatever you like, then take diced pineapple, strawberries and mandarin oranges and cover over lettuce. Sprinkle chopped pecans and poppy seeds on top, then dress with Sasha's Sweet and Savory Dressing. To make this a meal just add sliced grilled chicken breast to it, it's delicious!
Cauliflower Delight
Submitted by K. Fohey
Slice 4 cups of fresh cauliflower (separate florets and then slice approx. 1/2 inch slices...they look kind of like trees!), Add 1/2 cup slivered red onion, 1/2 cup sliced sweet pepper-red, yellow, or green-does not matter. MIx this with 1/3 cup of Sasha's Sweet and Savory and 1 or 2 tablespoons of Sasha's Sweet and Sultry Salad Dressing. Allow to marinate for an hour or two to blend flavors and mix occasionally. This is really delicious with a slight bite from the sultry dressing!
Kathy's Hawaiian Grilled Chicken Salad
Marinate one chicken breast in Sasha's Sweet and Savory salad dressing for one hour. After grilling, slice chicken into smaller pieces and place over a large bowl of leaf or Romaine lettuce. Add sliced green pepper, canned pineapple chunks and grape tomatoes to top of salad. Top off with Sasha's Sweet and Savory Dressing.
